抽象画の誕生したカンディンスキーやモンドリアンの時代から、抽象表現主義のポロック、ロスコ等の時代を経て、
絵画、抽象画は終焉したと言う考え方がある。これは、あくまで西洋美術史で見た抽象芸術の話で、では東洋人の
自分の描く抽象画は、一体どんなものかと考えてしまう。インターネットの発達した現代は、東洋、西洋という捉
え方も、時代遅れなのかもしれない。21世紀の現代は、何かのイズムではなく、東洋も西洋も関係なく、個人それ
ぞれが人間の持つ普遍的何かに向かって、作品制作、追求する時代の様な気がする。抽象画を通じて、普遍的な何
かを感じさせる絵が描きたい。普段、抽象画を描いていて、ふと考えてしまうのです。新しい何かを創ってびっく
りさせたいというより、味わいのある深い何かが創れればと思うのです。

when abstract paintings were born, to the times of abstract expressionist Pollock, Rosco, etc. This is just a
story of abstract art seen in the history of Western art, and then I wonder what the abstract paintings that
the Orientals draw are. In the present age when the Internet has developed, the view of the East and the
West may be outdated. The present age of the 21st century seems to be an era in which each individual
creates and pursues something universal that human beings have, regardless of whether it is the East or
the West. I want to draw a picture that makes me feel something universal through abstract painting. I
usually draw abstract paintings and suddenly think about it. Rather than wanting to create something new
and be surprised, I want to create something deep and tasty.
